izuna didnt have his 3 tomoe activated, was likely going blind due to constantly using his powers, and was distracted by the fact he was fighting hashirama.
also if tobirama was truly his superior, this would have been made clear, but it wasnt. instead him and izuna seemed to have constantly fought each other for decades.
where is the evidence izuna = madara? izuna himself implied heavily in the hashirama flashback madara was strongest even with MS. contradicting itachis hype of him. besides who do you think told itachi about madaras past? obito. who easily could have been lied to himself.
then he should have done so decades beforehand given him and izuna were constant rivals like their older brothers. we were informed by itachi that using MS makes you blind and madara was closest to said blindness.
and if he beat him legit how come izuna wasnt using his sharingan and how come it only happened because madara and hashi were fighting a few feet away? izuna could easily have been distracted by his brother
kinkaku and ginkaku attacked 2nd raikage alone. they had nothing to do with the 20 jounins

I do not know nor care how it happened, but if you read the chapter you will see that Madara got EMS after Izuna died.
Izuna was not blind.
His sharingan being off is probably because he was out of chakra, whereas Tobirama - a senju - still had some left.

itachi went blind as he died and sasuke still obtained EMS wiht his eyes
that makes no sense. senjus didnt have a KKG that gave every single member the same level of stamina as hashirama. thats only the case for uzumakis who all have high life force. tobirama got buttfuked his entire life by various opponents on kinkakus level, so we know hes nowhere near MS madara. madara fought the entire senju clan for 24 hours. EMS Sasuke after all his feats is still not even sweating. uchihas are no slouches in stamina once they are freed from blindness.

tobirama uses FTG slash. gets easily defeated by kin and gin
for someone liek mifune. or bee. itachi has susano so it fails anyway
it was used at the VERY END of the madara/izuna confrontation. tobirama had dirt and grime on him. it was a last resort that he used because izuna was distracted . also susano has been shown to activate to block even kirin which is easily faster than the time it takes for tobirama ot move his sword through someones flesh. unless you think tobirama continues to be teleporting even as he makes the wound.

its not instant because tobirama MUST move his own sword for it to cut through someone, otherwise he would immediately appear behind them and nothing would happen. that means the attack, not the teleportation, isnt instant.

If you re going on feats it's pointless because 2nd has next to none due to the plot so this match up is stupid. In saying that poeple forget he created edo tensie and eraly ftg so some like that can't be weak. Also this genjitsu talk again. the dude fought uchiha's all his short life and none killed him using genjitsu so why would he be beaten by genjitsu again? Only fanboys would ignore that simple fact

we dont know the level of genjutsu those uchihas used. its not stated any of them can cast it with a finger.
