Must be on par with Minato or just a little bit below his

Minato said tobis space time is more advanced than his and 2nd's. I think Minato considered 2nd's space time to be on par with his own hence he referred to 2nd space time

That the only clue/ info about 2nd's space time I can think of

I think they differ so it's not wise to say one s superior to the other. for example while minato teleports to seals. tobirama may be able teleport only where there is water. but he could teleport every water source.

that's one theory. there may be other ways too but remember just like minato, tobirama has limits to using it. he can't just teleport wherever he likes because that's what tobi does and minato said it surpassed tobirama's.

tobis space time is better in a way that he requires no seal to teleport just his will

But minatos is faster cause he teleported away when tobi tried to absorb him and he teleported again in a split second when they fought

Tobis space time is slower, no tech is 100% perfect

theres literally no way to know, any answer you get is unsubstantiated opinion

that said, im inclined to think it didnt involve summoning seals like ftg, that seemed to be minato's unique take on it, but was probably more similar to tobi's technique , slower, probably used hand seals , but something akin to that

tobi not only survived but also saved sasuke against 5 kages and their elite bodyguards better than those 20 ninjas.

no minato compared his own to the 2nd which means that his was just as good as his or a lil better just not better than tobi
