well to tell the truth people underrate the 2nd hokage alot honestly they say that he is the weakest kage and this and that but he has made the most incredible jutsu ever

eg edo tensei
water dragon bullet in 2 hand sighns not 50
space time ninjutsu similar to the 4th

so tell u the truth dont underestimate him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We havent seen Tobirama much and we also never got to hear about his feats that's why people are underrating him.

We've only seen him fight Hiruzen with Hashirama when Orochimaru used Edo Tensei on them in Part 1. Maybe that's the reason why some people under-estimate him but he was a Hokage and brother to Hashirama. Sure, we haven't seen him fight much but I think he's a splendid Shinobi and awesome Hokage just like Hashirama, Minato, Hiruzen and Tsunade. I hope we see more of him soon.
