To me I believe that he would get the yin chakra of kurama just because it was taken from him because he was too small hold the chakra. Also kishi like to refer to faith or it was meant to be sentences, minato never have thought he would be summoned, taking half of kurama chakra was like something he did with no mistake 1. if naruto fails that's half of kurama they have to deal with so now at 16 yrs later he has shown that he can handle it.

Kurama already has it,Before Minato use the cloak You can clearly see a sealed being open and Kurama reacting to it,Right now Kurama is building up both chakras Ones fully charge Naruto will have the use of it and a new look will be born for Naruto.
