Physical
Athletic, Muscular Build. Wears armor similar to that of the ANBU at times, however it does not show anything about rank, and is colored black and red. It is made of heavy iron. He is called “The Red Wave”, as he kills numerous people with his massive water jutsu, giving all water he uses the appearance of blood. This is the blood of all the people he has killed, similar to the Sand of Gaara. Has no effect on the actual Justu.
Mental
His mental state is somewhat disturbing. He can’t think very clearly at times, as if he is trying to suppress a burst of personality. When he is unable to hold it any more, he loses control of his own body, and becomes a cold-blooded killer. He will do anything to kill another person, even kill his own family and friends. Personality:
In his normal state, he is calm, collected, serious, and thinks almost everything through. He can plan things in an instant; he is always 5 steps ahead of everyone else. He seems to be fascinated by blood, willing to go through pain to see it.

Wire can be used in several situations. It can allow the ninja to create trip wire explosive traps, it can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent.

Umbrella
This weapon is used by Rain ninja. Worn on the back, the ninja can quickly open the umbrella and hurl it into the air. While spinning in the air, the umbrella can unleash a rain of needles upon the target.
Wraps:
The wearer can conceal ninja weapons, dress wounds, and other things, using wraps.
Air Regulator:
Those native to wet villages, such as myself, often are seen with these air regulators, so they can breath underwater.

History:
Born in the Hidden Mist Village, his Mother originated from the Land of Waves. The Mist thought of him as very valuable, skilled in all aspects of combat. He was a cold blooded killer, giving him the name “Hell’s Keeper.” His Father originated from the Hidden Rain, and was taken to the Hidden Mist For protection. His father was Hanzo of the Salamander. After being taken there, he was killed. Hanzo now dead, both he and his brother, Yoso Noko, developed bloodthirsty MPDs. They were separated from each other at a young age, so Yoso never knew of his twin’s existence. His brother, however, knew of him. He wanted to find him, and become a family again. This dream was never to come true, as when he finally did encounter his brother, they fought. They both had bad memories awakened, and almost killed each other at the Valley of End. They had awoken an even more powerful destructive force between them; a seal had been placed so that if they ever encountered each other, they would kill each other. The fight was stopped by Sasuke Uchiha, right before his battle with Naruto. Separated again, the conflict ended. But that was not the end for Diran. Diran was to soon witness the fight between Sasuke and Naruto. Seeing that they almost killed each other themselves, he saw Naruto as a person he knew would one day save him and Yoso. They later met again, and became friends. But because Naruto was from the Hidden Leaf, he could not visit him. This would once again awaken the seal which had caused him and Yoso to almost kill each other, as Yoso was from the Hidden Leaf. Now, he makes himself busy with missions, alone, on his own. He looks for Sasuke as well, whenever he has spare time. He wants to help Naruto, Just as Yoso does Sasuke.
