well it would be true that a white rage can screw them up if Kabuto was facing jounins however he's up against hokages
Tobirama is actually a high kage

FTG is a good counter to Kabuto's jutsus because he can teleport away from the area effected by white rage or sound genjutsu considering his speed he can even save his teammates
also he uses clones so he can attack from multiple sides

I'm a huge Kabuto fan but let's not forget that he's facing Hokages
even if he wins it will be extremely high diff (the only way he could stomp is summoning Itachi and Nagato but summonings are restricted)

By paper bomb thing you mean Tobirama's ET? If yes, I want to remind you that ET is restricted.
Tobirama may tag whatever he wants. Nothing changes the fact that all he can do is some sword slash which does nothing and some average Suiton. Moreover, to do something, he has to stop FTGing. Then he is vulnerable to Kabuto's attacks.

Tsunade is non-factor here. She's not even coming close to Kabuto.
Hiruzen, well, he can thrown some shuriken.

Kabuto has so many ways to own them it's not even funny. OT chose the worst opponents for him.
