I agree man I was actually really excited to see this jutsu in the anime because it was so badass in the manga. It was literally the thing i was most looking forward to in this episode and it was so fail. In fact that scene where Naruto, Bee, and Itachi all use their strongest ranged jutsu's was fail animation in general. Could have looked so much better.

That's true man, but maybe if they weren't wasting their time making the POS chikara force arc they could have spent more time polishing the animation for the actual canon episodes...They made 6 pointless filler episodes that were a disappointment in general to me. I would have rather had them take a break then make those.
