Setting for chapter:
Terry, Joseph and Darlene walk down the street downtown in colony 0-54 at the shopping district. It's on a crowded day cars hooking the noise of random chatter and children running and playing.
Joseph: you know what today is right terry?
Terry: *shrugs* Wednesday?
Joseph: well duh but do you know what happens today?
Terry: *shrugs* I don't know man what? Just tell me already.
Darlene: they open the doors today to cycle the air remember, and Joseph wants to sneak out to see the outside.
Terry: wow you really want to do that Joseph?!
Joseph: hell yeah man! It'll be crazy we may even see some of the horde, don't act like you don't want to see it.
Terry: yeah but you know its against the rules man, we aren't to leave the colony for any reason unless told otherwise.
Joseph: *smiles while grabbing terry's shoulder*well I'm telling you otherwise.
Darlene: you don't have to go if you don't want to terry.
Children run up from behind them all screaming.
Random child: you're terry from the simulations right?! Can I have your autograph!!!!???
Terry: sure sure *signs paper*
Child runs off while more come up making a crowd, even adults are there making a scene.
Joseph: well superstar I expect to see you at the front doors at 7!
Terry: ok Jo ill meet you guys there I promise! *peeking over the crowd*
Joseph and Darlene walk off toward the front doors. There is a small sitting area by the doors, they make it there and take a seat.
Joseph: *leaning back* man, I wish I was the center of attention like he is, it must be great being a celebrity *looks at the sky*
Darlene: well he worked for what he has Jo its not like they just flock to him for no reason he trains hard and you see the results. You just kind of play all day and joke and get in trouble.
Joseph: fair enough.
By this time it is 6:50pm, terry is still stuck signing autographs and taking pictures.
Terry: *looks at watch* holy crap I'm going to be late!! Sorry ladies and gentlemen I have to get going! *runs away*
Crowd: look how fast he runs!! *cheers*
Terry: *looks at watch while running* oh man he's going to be so mad! It's two mins till!
Back at the sitting area..
Joseph: I knew he wouldn't show too busy with his "fans"
Darlene: well let's go without him.
Terry: wait!!! I'm here!!
Terry runs up and stops short of the bench drenched in sweat.
Joseph: good timing let's go they're opening.
The three stand in front of the doors waiting for them to open. The doors slowly open with a loud screech and red lights flashing. They make their move and run through the doors into the bright white light..
