Terry and Joseph wander out in the wasteland aimlessly trying to get out of the view of the colony cameras.
Joseph: you can put me down now I think I can walk man.
Terry: *sets Jo down off his back* you sure?
Joseph: yeah see! *walks easily next to terry* where do we go now?
Terry: I don't know but I can barely see the colony so I'm sure were good here, its about to be nightfall anyway, we don't want to be walking around.
Joseph: true.. let's rest here.
The two stop to take a seat on a nearby boulder.
Terry: *looking up at the sky* this is so bad, this is just a horrible situation..
Joseph: I'm sorry terry I didnt know this would happen, I just wanted to show you guys something new.
Terry: *ears twitching* wait Jo shh..... I hear something.
Joseph: *hands over mouth, eyes wide*
Terry looks around at all angles and slowly slides down the boulder he was sitting on and hides behind it, Joseph follows.
Joseph:*whispering* what is it??
Terry : behind us there are like 10 demon looking creatures look like they're looking for something.. just stay quiet.
The sun is setting quickly on the horizon, and the small group of demons begin to move slowly toward terry and Jo's location.
Terry&Joseph: *eyes closed tight breathing heavily*
Demons: ......AGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!! *runs toward them*
Terry: shit run!!
The two run from the demons for what seemed like an eternity until they were a good 3 miles from where they were, they got so tired they stopped running.
Joseph: I can't run anymore! *panting with hands on his knees*
Terry: me either looks like this is it!
The demons close in quickly with blood red eyes shiny black skin and web feet and hands, standing at around 6'10 - 7ft. With very toned muscles almost looked as though they were wearing a spandex suit.
Terry&Jo: ahhhhhh!!! *hands over head covering up*
Everything goes black....
Setting change:
Back at the colony Darlene sits in her home crying not knowing what to do about the situation.
Darlene: *thinking*are they still alive?! What's going on?! What if the police come and question me?!
*knock knock*
Darlene is freaking out right about now after the knock on the door she gets up to answer it.
Darlene: *opens door* hello officer...*fake smile*
Officer: I'm going to cut to the Chase, I have reason to believe you were by the colony doors today around the time we had the emergency shut down?
Darlene: *sweating under her arms and on her back* Ye...yeah I was there what's wrong?
Officer: well the camera spotted two people leaving the colony you wouldn't by chance know about them would you?
Darlene is stunned at the fact her panicked thoughts were coming true.
Darlene: *starts to breath heavily* I...I don't...
Officer: you seem to know something*lowers eyes gazing into hers*
Darlene: *reaches behind door to grab something* no...I don't sir...
Officer: *stares in her eyes*
Darlene: *slowly wraps hand around the handle of something behind the door*
Officer:...hmmm well if you hear anything let me know ok ill be at the police station. *smiles and walks away*
Darlene: *closes door*sigh* that was close! *drops bat*
The bat hitting the ground made a loud thud and her sigh was even louder.
*BOOM*
The front door to her home comes flying open.
Officer: You think I didn't hear that!!?
The officer had kicked the door open and broke it off the hinges.
Officer: *draws knight stick* you had a bat?! You planned to assault me!? *lunges toward Darlene*
Darlene: what the hell!!
Officer: *lands on top of her and pushes the knight stick on her throat* tell me what you know!!
Darlene: *gasping for air rapidly reaching for anything in range*
Darlene manages to wrap her legs around the officers head and push him off of her.
Officer: *jumps to his feet* you want to play rough huh?! *draws pistol aims at Darlene*
Darlene: you can't get info out of me if you shoot me..
Officer: you're right, *lowers gun, reaches for radio* I need backup to...
*SPAT!!*
The officer flies back onto the floor head bleeding..
Darlene: *panting heavily while holding the bat, and shaking* what did I just do?!
Radio: *screech* repeat!*screech* repeat officer!!
Darlene steps on the radio crushing it, then without thinking grabs the officers leg and begins to drag him up her steps... She gets to her roof.
Darlene: *takes the officers pistol* what am I doing?!
She uses all her strength to set the officer upright against a low wall on the roof.
Darlene: *peaks over ledge* this should kill him.
She walks back to the door on the roof and kicked it a few times to make it look like a struggle.
Darlene: *turns to look at the officer*
Here we go..
She runs till she is out of the house, and looks for a place to hide out..
