This -- in my opinion -- is a terrible reason for liking a character.
If Naruto's father had been one of the main antagonists of the show (and a total d!ck), would you still like him just because he was Naruto's father?

I understand that we rate characters based on their deeds, words, and accomplishments...
but rating this guy a '10' merely based on being a father (albeit, an aloof one) is a bit of a stretch. A rating of '10' should be reserved for only your favorite characters.
Surely, this minor character isn't one of your top five?

Looking at the person fair, sorry, I can't see why I should give him a good score. His last words to Itachi were simply amazing, but for the rest... A dumb, selfish and idiot character who screwed up his clan.

Thought he was a complex character despite appearing only very breifly. He may have started the coup but it is understandable since the Uchiha were being mistreated and segregated. I liked the relationship he had with Sasuke. He loved him deeply but did not dote him and made him earn his respect. Despite being stern he was a loving father. He even tried to make his murder easier on his son very selfless. Then Evil i mean Danzo committed genocide. I guess they don't have fair and open trails in the ninja world. However he is a minor character. So a 6

Honestly, the man's seed made Itachi and Sasuke. Need I say more? That alone grants him a ten, even though he has done nothing much himself and is barely relevant. He himself is not worth it, but I good never forgive myself for giving him anything less. His true worth is a 3 though.
