Who reads/has read this great manga ? Seriosly I think this is a masterpiece , the most awesome manag I've read . (Don't think any manga surpasses it though) .

Plot :
Humanity, having faced extinction at the end of the 20th century, would not have entered the new millennium if it weren't for them. In 1969, during their youth, they created a symbol. In 1997, as the coming disaster slowly starts to unfold, that symbol returns. This is the story of a group of boys who try to save the world.

For Kenji, a simple convenience store manager who once dreamed of becoming a rock 'n' roll musician, a host of memories from his past come rushing back when one of his childhood friends mysteriously commits suicide. Could this new death be related to the rise of a bizarre new cult that's been implicated in several other murders and disappearances? Determined to dig deeper, Kenji reunites with some of his old buddies in the hope of learning the truth behind it all.

It might seem mainstream with the concept about saving the world , but Naoki Urasawa develops this concept into awesomeness .

20th Century Boys is art .

Yeah I think it's awesome. There are some parts I didn't like too much such as the medicine for Kanna's powers before birth but overall I think it provides more than it would ever put you down.

I wonder if Urasawa would connect some of his manga together.. like Billy Bat and 20th CB

So is it very long? If it's short i might read it
It sounds great
I think that name's based on the same thing that this manga is (the song)

It's 249 chapters (and a bit more for the full ending in 21st Century Boys). If you want to go through with it, I wouldn't recommend binge reading but rather taking time with the story too, unless you risk taking a long break before picking it up again, since you might forget key events. There's specific characters and events that you should keep in mind when reading it so pages like these are vital:

Well when I say a little more it's only 16 chapters xD it's basically the ending for 20th Century Boys (dunno why they separated it >_> felt like the same story). It's not that exciting tbh but it's worth it for the last chapter.
