I actually live in a popular summer resort, which also happens to be an island.
It's not an exciting state, not the one people wanna go to.

I enjoy living in my town and I'm proud to show it to people who come here. There's a lot of history here.
I am just not a big fan of the state, half of it or even more is empty, there are a lot of farms here.
Back home, I was living in a city. But there are disadvantages to everything, so it's all good.

I prefer small towns to cities, tbh. Though living in a city can have its advantages. If you enjoy it that's what matters

Yes, I experienced both, and I believe I do prefer living in a smaller town. For example, you go to NYC, and nobody cares or even looks at you, there's a lot of stress there. Here, all my neighbors know each other, we help each other a lot and look after. it's like a small family. Until all the tourists come in summer. I bet you'll be surprised with my town, it's not something you've seen before, I guarantee. That's what everybody tells me. And I've looked around US, but didn't find town like this.
