Elias was the original Fire Sage and lost to Kagutsuchi, losing his title to him. I remember Rei had to post and Elias was mad at first.

Description: A sacred Ninja World tool, the Phoenix's Blessing is an armor that grants the wearer unique abilities. A red and gold armor, this armor gifts the wearer with abilities over life and death. Capable of reviving the wearer should he die, this armor is able to grant the user full chakra as well as full usability of his past abilities. This means should he use a jutsu that says it can only be used twice, then after activating this ability, the user regains both usages of the aforementioned jutsu. Despite the great power granted to the wearer, this isn't without drawback. After use of the armor, the user suffers a high vulnerability towards physical damage from energy based attacks and Genjutsu, inflicting an additional 40 damage to these techniques should they land and losing the ability to use pain based releases. It also increases the chakra drained per turn to -20 per turn.
Note: Can only be used once.
Note: After using, drawbacks last until the event ends.
