Bolin gaze was fixed on his targets location while he stood still, but something struck him to see the man at mid range from his position, using somewhat like a teleportation jutsu to make his entrance which was unclear to Bolin, the man appeared roughly infront of him(mid range), without hesitation or waiting ; he claps his hands after which he slams it on the ground streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water under harry as it gushes upwards in a large burst lifting him into the air, he continues by weaving 4hs (second speciality) seeing harry in mid air, shooting 8 small-sized water bullets at him to further raise him into the air and also damaging him. The bullets continue by gathering above harry after hitting him and passing through his position to form a water dragon which attacks him by grabbing him with his jaws and forcefully bringing him back to the ground, it coils, and constricts him : it brings harry back to the ground after turning back to a mass of falling water that eventually crushes him under brute force, killing him if he's not already dead. With the long line of combos, it all happens within seconds.

The user does the Bird » Dog » Snake » Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. As i notice the ugly, over-muscled, pity excuse for a human slamming his hands on the ground, i notice with my byakugan that he's channeling chakra in the ground and then i notice the ground beneath me continously shaking i channel water chakra through my body while using shape manipulation to liquidify my body and as the water stream bursts from the earth beneath me it does no effect to me because i'm in a liquid form and as the water stream and my liquid shape collide it does no harm to me. After the opponent's jutsu fails i simply reform back to my original human no mother****ing liquid shape body and simply channel wind chakra at my right hand's fingertips while using shape manipulation to create and release it in a crescent-shaped manner near invisible wind blade that goes towards the opponent with a insanely fast speed and cuts the opponent's mid body/abdomen and dealing severe damage. "Dumbledore is the greatest ninja in this mofocker, deal with it bruh !"

Water Dragon explosion > Water Replacement > Lightning jutsu
So Dev from you wording you would be trying to do your lightning before you water jutsu can finish which involves the whole dragon forms and tries to smash him into the ground so you have to let that fully happen, which this would be while he is in liquid state which would end after your dragon fails he turns back into solid( your trying to do jutsus instantly before you first one can fully finish) which he says that he turns back into sloid after your jutsu fails which includes the dragon part

After turning back to the solid form i notice the opponent with my byakugan that he's sending lightning chakra towards the sky, to be prepared for the worse i channel wind chakra at my mouth and as i notice the a lightning discharge coming at me, i simply use shape manipulation to release the wind chakra into the shape of a stream above me towards the opponent's jutsu, protecting me from the lightning and acting as a natural isulator while getting destroyed in the process but stopping the lightning jutsu nontheless. After that i run long range and start to perform 3 hand seals and then begin to move my fists back and forth from left and right, after doing this i simply channel wind chakra at the fists and then release it into my fists then quickly raise the hands above the head while creating 2 small tornados around my fists, after that i i slam the fists downards at the chest and merge the small tornados creating a merged tornado which continues to grow in size after that i concentrate in the rotational power of the wind while using shape manipulation and releasing the chakra into the shape of a giant rotating tornado that goes towards the opponent with great force and when it hits him, it crushes several bones of him making nearly impossible to move if not killing him since the whole body was attacked so he will have to try very hard to even stand up let alone walk or run."You'll never know love, i'm dah mastah of the three Deathly Hollows and i slayed dem Horcruxes with Dumbie-sama. ***** what did you do ?"

The tornados grow in size as they merge into one large tornado. The user with the tornados still connected to his fist continues to focus chakra into the tornados, but not into cutting power but rather the rotational power the wind. If the user or the opponent were to get caught in this, the result would be broken bones in horrible spots. The effects this jutsu has on other jutsu is similar. It is capable of breaking through jutsus via the rotating winds piercing through a jutsu's cure, of course this only applies to jutsus of weaker strength in regards to wind (S ranked and below) and lightning. And doesn't apply to elements with a solid form (i.e. Earths and elements stronger than Wind)
