SAO II won't be only GGO I assume. I think half the episodes will be, but the rest will be Project Alicization.

The thing itself states that it will be handling only volume 5 and 6, which is GGO.
And before it even goes to Project Alicization it still needs to do Mother's Rosario and the extra side stories.
I don't care for the murder side story but the Legendary Sword Excaliber side story was pretty awesome IMO.
