I was thinking yesterday about the games that have come out this year, and was wondering what everyone's "Top 5" games of 2013 were? I personally think it has been a very good year for gaming, as we have seen a lot of variety and release of the new generation of consoles.

My Top 5:
5. Dead Rising 3 (Xbox One):
To be honest I wasn't expecting much from this game when it was first announced. I expected it to just be a poorly made game with the sole purpose of Capcom showing off what they can do with the Xbox One's new hardware. After playing it, it is actually a very good game (better than the other 2 in my opinion). Amazing amounts of Fun in Co-op.
4. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 (PS3):
A good take on the One Piece Universe and a large roster of characters to play as. Story was good and some of the levels were awesome.
3. Payday 2 (PC):
One of the best multiplayer games I have ever played with friends.
2. GTA5(Xbox 360):
Story is epic. Multiplayer is epic. It's been a long time since San Andreas came out (im ignoring GTA4 because it sucked) so it was nice to see GTA5 give the fans a game on the same level as past GTA titles.
1. The Last of Us (PS3):
This game was simple amazing. The story was awesome. The graphics were some of the best I have ever seen, which really helped in adding to the atmosphere of the game. The game constantly kept players on their toes, and the character backgrounds/personalities helped players feel like they were part of the apocalypse. My favourite game of 2013 by far.

Bishock Infinite, Metal Gear Rising, Resident Evil 6, Pokémon X, Assassins Creed 4, Injustice
