First, why didn't the kids run off or get out of the way?! "Oh hey a guy is coming real close to me and he's suspicious.. Guess I got to stand still." I mean I can turn this real messed up and say he tried stabbing them with his 'other' knife.

The no. of highschool massacres in American schools are way too high. Not sure if you could call this a massacre, but well a rampage.

There definitely are, and its cause of the sick culture of bullying and the ultra violence through media that kids are exposed to constantly. but yeah jus the amount of murders/ rampages that happened in the past two years alone show there are psychopaths of all ages/ genders/races/ Income tax brackets / etc etc.
