I think they will still fight, only after the war though, I don't think the fight will be life or death but I think the two will still fight all out. Sasuke's lost his reason to destroy the village, he's probably lost his reason to destroy Naruto.

This chapter confirms that Sasuke will protect the village, however I still find it unlikely that he will return to the village after the war just like that! I think the fight between Sasuke & Naruto will just be a more friendly fight, no holds barred but at the same time not to the death, maybe just the brink of it, to see who really is the strongest. Maybe the odds will be if Sasuke wins Naruto stops pursuing him and if Naruto wins Sasuke will return to the village?
