He is also Tobi. Most should have figured already. He is the one nobody suspects, he is no one. Also Tobi could have got inspiration to his orange swirl mask by looking at a curled noodle on a plate. The signs are obvious

1. I don't know who he summoned, but why is that relevant in any way?
2. Who said the Uchiha were gone? I'm pretty sure they helped out - we just didn't see it in the manga.
