Obito, after all this time, still only has 2 tomoe.
He better upgrade it quick to 3 and get ms when rin dies.

To avoid confusion, i am talking about chapter 603.
In the end, after all the training and his hair growing longmode, he still only has 2 tomoe.
Yet he moves to the mis village, where he will probably see rin die and get ms.
He better hurry up and upgrade to 3.

Yea it is pretty pathetic considering sasuke got sharingan at 7 and 3 tomoe at 13..obito has to be at least 17 in that scene
