I think sasuke know who tobi is and i believe zetsu have an important part to tobi power .I believe zetsu is part of tobi living out of him,that maybe why he ask zetsu to record battles for him.I think after zetsu do it task it reunite to tobi to feed him the information he saw and the abilities zetsu obsorb for it oponent it encounter.
When we saw sasuke kill zetsu ,his susano give a forward attack with it spear/arrow/sword against zetsu ,the same way that itachi give an forward attack again orichimaru and nagato to seal them.I got a feeling that the weapon sasuke use on zetsu did not kill him but it maybe did an ability to either to extract zetsu abilities or to control him in some kind of genjutsu

I think that what info zetsu give tobi about sasuke or other oponent sasuke might have it .
I just thinking it might not be true or it could be

Sasuke's Susanoo doesn't have to ability to seal things...... at least not until he is fighting with EMS sharingan.

I don't think Sasuke Knows who Tobi is but i do think Tobi And Zetsu really have something especially after Tobi Cut of his arm against Torune and Fu

I think Sasuke is using Tobi, like he did Orochimaru. He knows he can't trust him. I dlont know about the rest, but I don't think that was the actual Zetsu.

Either way I don't think Sasuke needs info on people, with EMS he'll be so powerful that most won't even stand a chance. I think he's as powerful as multiple kage now.

maybe but it's only itachi dat has d Sealing Sword and they is only 1 but it could be a new found power we'll just have to see
