Now we know that the Shinju is the final form of the ten-tails, MEANING the big-ass tree is the TEN-Tails itself.
If that is true and the taht is the ten tails how is obito still in his new form. He got that after absorbing the Juubi?

If i had to guess it will be explained later but mayby he is not using the full tentails for the infinite tsukoyumi and keeping some for himself.
