He defeated Deidara with no-diff, and I am sure he would defeat Sasori, Hidan and MAYBE Kakuzu.
I believe he is on Kakuzu's tier level.

Can 2 tailed naruto even use those mini bijuudamas? If his only atk is the tailed mode taijutsu then hes not gonna kill any strong akatsuki member... 2 tails isnt an easy fight for anyone but i dont think he can actually defeat anyone more mentioning while rampaging like that.

I think he can only use Taijutsu, so I agree, I don't think he would defeat the strong Akatsuki members. Maybe not even the ones in the middle, but he would probably defeat the weak ones (or at least tie/barely lose to them)

He beats everyone on your list except Obito. Itachi can't defend against shadow clones in BSM. Nagato's much weaker, and absorbing BSM Cloak leads to his death. Konan gets beat no diff.
