How the **** does Kishimoto forget to draw the Byakugan?

I hope he gains to common sense and they activate it later.

Instead of taking so much time and effort with how the manga concluded, Kishi decided to f*ck it and completely rushed it in only 5 chapters....

It makes absolutely no sense. He forgot to give them Byakugan... and yet drew the Byakugan for Hinata in that chapter?

He made sure to give them whiskers, though. But, this detail doesn't make sense. People only get features from their tailed beast by being affected by their chakra at birth. Hinata is the one who was pregnant with the NH kids and not the jin. None of the kids should have whiskers. :/
