OKay, i actually have to Questions

First: When making a fanfiction, does it have to be approved first like a bio. Or do you just make the 1st chapter and register it in the FF Index. i read the rules but iwas still confused, do you do before you start.

Second: How do you insert a picture, like if im trying to insert a picture for sig form my profile. it tells me to put in the adress of the pic. and my confused on that.

Concerning the picture,if you look at your signature permissions,it probably says you don't have permission to upload pictures for your sig.This is probably because you are not a high enough rank(jounin and so on).So for now,I suggest you pit the pic on facebook or something and type in the url of that image after clicking the image icon.Or search for the pic on google and type in the URL( address).

with the picture you have to upload it to your albums which can be done by going to your user control panel. I assume you know where that is? Then once you have created an album and loaded the picture you want..you click that picture and underneath it should be two address bars and above the first one it says picture url.....highlight all of that and copy it.And when it asks you to put the url of the picture just right click hit paste and it should work
