If there is any eye that Madara does not know will end with him or not, they are Obito's eyes. This are the only eyes that fit in both Madara's talk with WZ, and the one with BZ. In case you guys did not notice, Madara did not give any attention to whatever is related to Sasuke. The last page of the manga showed clearly that Madara had no mercy for Sasuke and is actually killing him with a strong statement to back his action. If Madara really wanted Sasuke's eyes to ripen into something else, why would he kill him before they are ripened.
Besides, when placed in the context of Madara talking to Tobirama, that VIZ translation you point is a fan-translation to build this kind of theory. The singular eye translation used by all other translation, and the "nurturing" statement were more fitting to the whole dialog as Madara demonstrate why he is stronger than the Senju brothers due to an additional power granted him by the Rinnegan.
