question 1: how did nagato get the rinnegan? can someone please explain the story of how nagato got the rinnegan because im confused, all i know is that it was because of madara but im sketchy when it comes to specifics

question 2: and can madara use it better than him?

As far as what we've seen, Nagato is the best user of the Rinnegan.

It's really unknown, but Madara somehow gave it to him. Other than that we don't know. And i doubt Madara can use it as well, seeing as how he's only ever used Preta path and had it only at the end of his life, while Nagato had it since he started training with Jiraiya.

Yes...unless he used one of the many spare sets of sharingans...assuming the lab of them Obito had wasn't origionally Obito's.

1. Madara implanted them while Nagato was under a genjutsu...he also made him believe his parents were murdered by Konoha Shinobi...which in one action basically destroyed Nagato's character.

2. From what we have seen, Nagato has used it better than Madara....Though. More than likely Madara can use it just the same...they are HIS eyes. Also, he can use the Preta path, and Obito has already hinted that he is capable of using the Rinne Tensei...it is likely he can use all of the Path techniques. Until then...Nagato is better!

Got it from madara and for you ppl who think nagato can use it better think again. Read the obito flashbacks. Madara told obito he would teach him all the ridokus jutsu (rinnegan) jutsu. There madaras eyes he can use them better they evolved from.his sharingan. And remember those black rods in nagatos back is madaras will in physical form. They came from the gedo that madara unlocked with his rinnegan HIS RINNEGAN... You guys are foolish if you think nagato was a better user. Obito knows all the jutsu aswell cuz madara taught it to him. Read the flashbacks
