2 rasenshuriken questions

question 1: lets saying tsunade was fighting sm naruto and he threw a raenshuriken at her would she be able to dodge it? (assuming that they are 20 meters apart)

question 2: what shinobi can dodge rasenshuriken? please give me a list (even dead shinobi count)

i made this thread cause i wanted to get some opinions apart from the obvious i.e naruto, A, minato etc so try your best to think outside the box but still include the aforementioned obvious shinobi, thanks

I think it's easily dodgable, since Deva path took down two clones and jumped over a Rasenshuriken after Naruto threw it.
But you have to jump over it, not sidestep it, that's what Pain learned after losing his Human path.

third raikage, Obito, DSM kabuto, A, Minato i might be forgetting someone . Those are the ones who could probably dodge it. However nagato, madara could absorb/negate it

ino (she could manipulate him so he throws it like above him), all puppeters (they could use their strings to make him throw it in another direction), doton user who could push them selves in the air, danzo, suigetsu, oro, kabuto.

Tsunade can dodge it.

Orochimaru(doesn't need to)

Just to name a few. It's really not that hard to dodge

It's not that hard to Dodge, it's never been said to be a fast Jutsu at all. (if thrown).

Most high level shinobi could dodge it.

None can dodge it now other than obito and minato. Because rasenshuriken has become a heat seeking techinique. It will keep going after you until it hits.lol

I'm pretty sure Tsunade could dodge it, have you seen how high that bitch can jump? She cleared well over Manda's head and Manda is like fifty times her size at least, and she's got the reaction time to do it since she was able to react to Madara's Yasaka Magatama before Mei could even finish weaving hand signs for whatever jutsu she was gonna use.

Other people who could dodge it, as said before, pretty much any high level shinobi.

Minato, Itachi, Sasuke, Gai, Lee, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Madara, Obito and any shinobi with good jumping power could dodge it, hell, even Part 1 Naruto could.

The trouble with RS is that it has a very wide range that is unclear at first glance, you don't actually have to touch it to feel its impact so it is an extremely dangerous jutsu, the best bet is to go above it but with Naruto's chakra arms this is impossible too so I would say the only people with fast enough reaction times is Minato, Obito and 3rd Raikage maybe.

its kinda of Easy to dodge it, Its fast but not that fast, And tsunade can Dodge it yes as she can use her chakra to spring high into the air and her evasion skills are top tier, But even if it hits her, she can still regenerate it.

And the list that Can dodge it is Very long.

of course she could dodge it, people far underestimate her reaction speed. and i agree with this, plus you forgot how she tossed BUNTA'S SWORD---thats on Madara's Perfect susnaoo size are almost, really fast that even the Huge Manda couldn't make a FROG KILL, (remember guys Snakes are very fast)

thanks i always thought it was a jutsu that was REALLY hard to dodge but apparently it actually isn't its actually kind of a disappointment really
