2 quick questions.

Yo, I've recently got back into Naruto after a 3 yer hiatus and have finally caughten back up to the most recent chapter. So obviously it has been awhile and I've forgotten a bit, so I was wondering of some one could help me out with this:

Question 1
When Orochimaru brought back the 1st and 2nd hokage from the dead, why wasn't the 1st as strong as he is hyped to be now? (or was the 3rd that strong?)

Question 2
Why couldn't Kabuto bring back the 3rd hokage? (I'm assuming he put a seal on himself)

1) Hashirama wasn't brought back at full power, and back then Kishi didn't intend for Hashirama to be the monster that he is now, so he made Hiruzen win
2) He sealed himself with the Shiki Fujin.

Question 1 - It wasn't Really him, it was orochimarus lab rats but he used there soul.

Question 2 -

Because his soul is with the death reaper and just like minato, there soul is forever in eternity.

1.Hashi was not at full power. Orichumu edo were weak. kabuto has mastered it
2.he sealed himself with 1st and 2nd hokage. All preavuos hokage can not be bought back becuse they are sealed.

The first hokage wasn't hyped since we knew little of him we only knew hat he was a wood style user and beat madara. As we seen current madara we think to ourselves the first must of been a beast if he beat madara that's why he's hyped up'd.

The third used the Dead Demon Consuming Seal. This seal locks the user and the victim in the demons stomach for all eternity, so its impossible to summon him and minato.

Good questions. I doubt the third is that strong. Possible Orochimaru's control wasn't enough to force the first to fight at full power.

The 1st to 4th Hokage are all sealed in the reaper.

1) Hashirama was brought back at full power but he SUCK so MUCH cose HES a NOOOB ^^jk
2) Hokage no ossan sealed himself inside that demons belly so they cant summon him

real reasons why:

1. when oro summoned hashi he took over control of him so it wasnt really hasi fighting is was oro using hashi body and oro has no idea how to access the depths of hashi power not even close also add in the fact that hashi didnt wanna fight where as madara is looking forward to it and in control......and lastly because it was the start of the manga you cant make ppl go all out like that or you will leave yourself no where to go

2. all the kages including the third are now stuck in the rds and cannot be summoned at least not until somone figures out how to unlock it ( which may never happen)

Question 1: Kishi had not fully developed his characters strengths yet.

Question 2: The third is sealed inside the Shinigamis belly.
