1- Can it merge with any other water-style user? or the merging was the specific feature of Kisame himself?

2- How can it counter like beast bomb? or Rasenshuriken? Can it absorb them?

1. It's currently unknown, however it would seem plausible that it could merge with anyone who wields it.
2. Seeing as how it was created by ordinary shinobi, and is not a spiritual weapon or jutsu of the legendary rinnegan, it most likely has a limit to the chakra it can absorb, so i doubt it could absorb a TBB. Rasenshuriken however, i believe could be absorbed.

I think it has a limit to how much it can absorb so absorbing a bijuu bomb may nt be possible

1. It is possible that merging with Samehada is not unique to Kisame. Consider that the blade's previous wielder, Fuguki Suikazan, also had a very fishy appearance. This may have something to do with the ability to merge with the sword.

2. Samehada absorbs chakra. In theory, it could absorb a tailed beast bomb or a rasengan. However, we do not know the rate at which it can absorb chakra, nor the capacity it has to store it. So, either of those techniques could be more than Samehada could handle.

The short answer to both questions is "nobody knows".

Samehada was shown to only be able to absorb 6 tails worth of Bee's chakra shroud at a time. But the maximum it can hold at a time is unknown.

Well have to wait and see, but currently Kishi doesn't care for Bee or Kisame

i think that its possible for maybe Killerbee to use the sword to absorb a tbb since he can create one of his own. he could possibly take it as a power boost.

The only issue is that Kisame appeared with such characteristics before acquiring Samehada. [ ]

Absorbing a bijūdama is beyond the capabilities of Samehada, as others has clearly stated.

Sure it can but they probably have to know the jutsu which I would assume is on a scroll in kirigakarue.

Tbb would be too much chakra and would end up killing samehada's wielder after samehada absorbed all it could in that short time
Rasenshuriken I assume gets absorbed.

kishi has nt yet explained abt the merging thing but he almost absorbed all of bees tailed beast chakra so we can say that he has extraodinary skill and capacity for absorbing chakra.. cant say abt tbb but rasenshuriken can be easily absorbed..hey btw.. wen did the manga say he can absorb ninjutsu... i think he can only absorb chakra...
