2 questions about tobi

First question is: if obito still had his 2 eye's would he had susano'o? Does everyone with 2 MS eye's awaken susano'o?

Second question: tobi's plan is to use infinite tsukuyomi, but can he actually use it? I. Never have seen him using it in a battle or something..

Madera can and so can saske and itachi (as far as I'm aware they're not closely related). So yes, I think so.

Second question: tobi's plan is to use infinite tsukuyomi, but can he actually use it? I. Never have seen him using it in a battle or something..

He can't use it yet. That's why he needs the tailed beasts. But he needs to be able to use tsukuyomi first and we don't know whether he can or whether he was planning on getting madera to do it... It seems more likely that Tobi can use tsukuyomi.

1-I don't think so because Susano'o needs an offensive dojutsu in an eye, and a special genjutsu in the other, and both Tobi/Obito's eyes has only Kamuis
2-I think he'll use Sasuke's
