This is Rinnegan Obito, complete with Jins and Mokuton against an Obito who has both his and Kakashi's MS, which means he can use Kamui through his right eye. Now, that doesn't really help against another Kamui user, so it gets tricky.
Mentions: Their ''melee'' Kamui, aka their right sharingan's dimensions are linked. Both Obitos can access and exit that dimension.
however, MS Obito's left sharingan's dimension is separate from the first one. Meaning, if he can Kamui something with Kakashi's eye, it stays there.
Obito has his JINS -WHICH ARE NOT EDO-. They can be killed through usual means. He has full control over them.
MS Obito can use Kamui -with no penalties-, as long as he has chakra. Their chakra is considered equal.
They have the same feats and abilities, except that MS Obito has 2MS whereas RInnegan Obito has a Rinnegan in his left eye.
