We know that 2 MS after transplant, we get an EMS...

But what if you get 2 different Rinnegans... will you get new eyes ???

Good topic, but I agree this is fanfiction.
Although it makes you wonder.
But then again using the Rinnegan doesn't make your eyes bleed.
Just drain alot of Chakra.
That's why Uchihas need 2 pairs of Sharingan.
So they can gain EMS.
