2 Most underrated even with their hype and feats

1) hidan is most underrated on the base. I think its because he isn't flashy. He can kill you with only a scratch and can't be killed.yet he is always ranked last in akatauki. 2) tsunade extremely hard to kill and very powerful yet she is never in any top 20 list or rankings

I agree with you but i don’t know i think the sanin wasn’t in there full powers but hanzu is underrated and also tobirama

i think sasori and zetsu underrated sasori is really strong and zetsu have good ability

in the war he wasn’t even trying its not like he was going to die from the army all though i think he felt the pain when sakura punched him she said if you don’t tell me the secret i will punch you again . he told her to not get hit but sakura hit him anyway

I'm going to say Jiraiya man. He's been constantly praised for his abilities, and if you actually look at his jutsu, he's very deadly. I think he's severely underrated. I don't even see him in top 20's most of the time.

J-Man is around number 6 on my list. He's way too strong not to be in top 10. And people put Itachi in them, when JMan can beat him.

OT: I would say yeah, Hanzo and Tobirama. Them, Jiraiya, and Sasori. I think he's Strong af, He only lost due to plot. hahaha

-The two most underrated characters I see on here are Tsunade and Mei, they seem to get shafted by most fans here, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't think it's because they're women.
-Hanzo gets mainly underrated due to the fact that he used to get severely overrated. The sanin were most likely not in their prime when they fought. They would have been in their late teens (19 or so) and we can see that their summons weren't as massive as they are now.

I see Hanzo as low-mid kage level at most considering his hype but that's it.

I agree that those two are highly underrated and deserve more attention. Also Kitsuchi, 4th Mizukage, orochimaru are underated as well on THIS base.

I do not care if Hiruzen was regarded the 'God of Shinobi' in his prime or w.e The fact is Hashirama and Tobirama are hailed as the Best shinobi Konoha has ever seen.

You just made yourself look stupid. The page you posted says that tobirama and hashirama are hailed as the best shinobi. But it does not say that "tobirama and hashirama were the best shinobi konoha has ever seen".

These are fanboy exaggerations that start flame wars.smh There are other shinobi that hail from konoha that also have titles that place them as the best/ or powerful shinobi.

So, stop trying to over hype statements to more than what they really mean. Just because it is said that they were hailed as best shinobi, doesnt make them the strongest. No where is it said that they are the best shinobi konoha has ever seen, so you need to retract your statement. Better titles have been given to better ninja. God of shinobi, Hero of the leaf, Legendary Sannin, Yellow Flash, Copy Cat Ninja all are powerful shinobi and have all shown better feats and have better hype than tobirama and Hashirama.

Personally, I don't know about Hanzo since we know very little about him. Still 50/50 on deciding whether or not he is underrated. In fact, we know very little about Tobirama aswell, this is probably why people have him low on their Hokage lists. Also, just because he is 4th or 5th on a certain person's list, doesn't mean that there is a huge gap in skill and power between him and the kage placed above him. It's just that Kages like Hashirama, Minato and Hiruzen have had more "screen time" (if you could put it that way) and therefore have had more of their hype/feats expressed in the manga.

Edit: Regarding your question, I believe Deidara and Kisame don't get the recognition they deserve.

Tobirama is totally underrated, I had him completely destroy in Advanced Survival in UNS 2 Generations.

Hanzo was a good ninja when he fought the Sannins, but very security conscious. He had bodyguards fight for him and he became less skillful. We have never seen Tobirama do anything, we have only heard. Jiraiya is only underrated in a vs. thread with Itachi and Kisame.
