1T - Having 1T Sharingan allows the user to perceive motions and see chakra. The user also gain the ability to see through visual D rank visual genjutsu and can follow the movement of most taijutsu moves. By seeing chakra the Sharingan its able to differentiate between chakra natures like fire, lightning, earth, water and wind.
2T- Lets the user track movement better then before, allowing them to perceive and track much faster movements also allowing the user to copy movements so long as they can perform them physically. 2T grants the user the ability to perceive through up to c-rank visual genjutsu.
3T- Allows the user to predict motions, perceive motions and copy the perceived motions, also giving them the ability to track even faster speeds than the prior tomoe. The user can now pierce through up to b-rank visual genjutsu. You can also copy jutsus of the opponent as long as you see them do the hand seals, have the same element affinity and is not a KG. 3T can also cast genjutsu.

I would say Lightning chakra you can see the vibrations of it. Wind chakra the thin blade characteristics. The density of earth, flow of water tho these two are hard to tell apart since the close relation of density. And fire would be hot.

Alright cool, now Scorps believes that it would be hard to tell the difference between water and earth but thats how it was thought of before.
Now when it comes to viewing chakra, youre able to see chakra past matter, but the sharingans abilities dont allow you to enhance your field of vision like the byakugan like increasing range of sight.The Sharingan only allows you to recognize that your under a genjutsu by seeing your own chakra irregularity. Meaning even though you have the sharingan active you can still be affected by an illusion. However it doesn't break through ALL genjutsu techniques automatically. Only visual ones, visual means that genjutsu that affects your sight making you see illusions and what not, however it's not the only genjutsu, there are genjutsus which makes you hear illusions..etc that's what the Sharingan is able to break through "only the visual genjutsu" others can't be broken through by the Sharingan even if they were C-B-ranks according to the tomoes you have, however most genjutsus are actually visual genjutsu but you have to be aware of what type of genjutsu is used onto you.

For the 3 Tomoe, we'll have to go through 3 training sessions, well at least that was before, but as theres a session that says you have to find me in different locations im gonna ignore it, because its pretty much what you did in the second tomoe first session, now we'll move to the second session directly, learning how to break through up to B-rank genjutsu techniques, so lets proceed.
I cast a genjutsu onto you making you see a giant fireball descending onto you from above.

*As seem to stand there as if nothing was amiss, I notice a large shadow form over my position. Looking up I see a large fireball falling from the sky, however, something was not right about it. With my 2T sharingan, I should be able to see the chakra within the fireball, if it was truly a jutsu that is. However, I could not see any trace of chakra in the fireball. I quickly decide to check my own chakra flow, scanning my hands, arms and looking down at my torso I can see my chakra flow. I could also see the regularity of the flow, leading my to conclude I was in a Genjutsu. Looking back up at the fireball, I focus a lot of chakra into my eyes, allowing my sharingan to clear my sight. The fireball then disappears from the sky.*

*Using my Sharingan, I could tell that the figure running towards me was a clone. At the point it bursts into a cloud of cherry blossoms, I realise something was a miss, performing a quick scan of my own body confirmed that I was in a genjutsu. Clones don't normally burst into Cherry blossoms... Charging chakra into my eyes, the burst of chakra allows my sharingan to pierce right through the genjutsu, showing me a kunai rapidly heading towards me. I catch the kunai on my right hand leather gauntlet, picking it off and tossing it too the side.*

I run towards you while summoning a sword, then i move it with an irregular pattern, weaving it randomly in the air as i'm running towards you causing you to hallucinate multiple waving arms and not know where the sword is coming from, then i perform a horizontal slash from the right to the left to me.

Nagato suddenly running towards me caught me by surprise for a brief moment, however I quickly composed myself as you began waving your sword. Suddenly, I see the sword appear to turn into many arms waving at me as if blown about by a gentle breeze. Seeing this as suspicious I use my Sharingan to examine the phenomenon, showing me know signs of chakra in these waving arms. Surging chakra to my eyes to break the genjutsu like before, I notice the arms don't disappear. In a moment of panic I look over my body to examine the chakra signature, only to see it in a state of chaos and turmoil. I was still in a genjutsu. Feeling out of time, I stopped my chakra flow for a brief moment, then suddenly surging a huge blast through my system. I now see Nagato-sensei running at me, about to slash as me, leaving little time to catch his sword on the flat of my own.

Good, so Nagato covered the second training session. I'd just like to review a few things I think a sharingan wielder should know.
Hidden Mist jutsu, made by me. Are you able to use your sharingan to find me or not? Explain.
A fire jutsu and a water jutsu collide, creating a large blanket of steam that obscures our vision of each other. Can you use your sharingan to find me or not? If yes, explain why?

Hidden Mist know since the mist is made of complete chakra and Sharingan cant see through chakra it can only see it so to a Sharingan User the hidden mist would be a big blob a chakra.
Second part I can since the steam would not have chakra in it since it would come from the water and fire colliding. Now if it was made from Steam Release it would be a different story.

As Fuu says this, a bean sprout begins to grow around Madara as Fuu seemingly disappears from sight. The bean sprout traps Madara, tightly binding him and lifting him up into the air as a bean pod opens behind him, revealing Fuu, sword drawn and ready to slit Madara's throat.

Shinta suddenly disappear was indeed something unusual to watch, however what was to follow was even more unusual. Bean pods began to grow out of the ground, wrapping around me, very unusual especially for the rocky terrain we were standing on. Using my sharingan, I could see there was no substance to these bean pods and by a quick look down at my body I once again witnessed the mess that was my genjutsu influenced chakra. Trying to surge chakra to my eyes again allowed me to, for a brief moment, feel like I was released from the genjtusu, however I then felt the bean pods tighten around me. I just wasn't quite at that level yet, but I was close. Feeling constricted, I felt unable to perform the correct handseal for Kai, so instead I released a current of lightning that chirped like a chidori, all over my body. I then saw the beans fade away and the Shocked Nagato-sensei jump back away from me.

Performing a singular hand seal, Shinta releases a medium sized ball of condensed water from his mouth, aiming to strike Madara in his upper chest/head area. As soon as he releases the water ball, Shinta runs in an arc to his right as he draws his sword with his right hand, flipping it into a reverse grip as he channels lightning chakra into it. Finishing his arc roughly two meters from Madara's left side, at roughly a 45 degree angle, Shinta leaps at Madara to attempt to slice through Madara's upper chest beginning from his left shoulder down to his right hip. Shinta's leap is enhanced by chakra to give him a momentary boost of speed and power.
