Concidering he's a taijutsu master and he can move as fast as his eyes can see, you're normal eyes would be able to keep up. He'd be in short range of you in an instance. As he does this he drops the ground a meter below you in an instant using:

After both jutsus cancel each other out I quickly stand back up, and taking into advantage that you're within short range from me still I quickly perform one handseal and I use:

It can reach up to long-range, wrecking and piercing through many objects, however, the user is unable to control the trajectory, the direction, like Chidori Sharp Spear. The beam simply goes in one direct manner, and thus, the lack of flexibility. The technique is forbidden due to the fact that because of the huge amount of chakra built in your puny index finger, and releasing it all at once, quickly, at the same time, it is lightning chakra, it would cause your index finger to be numb for one full turn, unable to move it, remaining limp. The finger will also look slightly burnt and black during this time, causing some stinging pain to the user. This makes it impossible to perform hand seals during this duration

I'm still a noob when it comes to things, that's why I fight to increase my knowledges on how things are in the RP.

Soon after the chakra wave disperses, I release the stones covering my body, I then quickly slam my hands onto the ground infront of me and I use:

Creating a pool of water below you. Quickly after the water forms, it pushes you upwards into the air, the pool of water causes multiple bullets of water to be released upwards at you. Right after the bullets begin to hit you, I form a single hand seal and I quickly use:

Description: This technique allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

Summoning a large amount of water above your position. The water comes downwards thus crushing your body due to the force. As you are sent downwards the bullets shot up earlier form into a dragon made of water which comes crashing down on you. Due to the force you crash into the ground below you, which forms a small crater.

"That took a toll on my chakra levels, if this keeps up I might have to activate the seal!"​

Description: The user creates a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air, after firing the enemy into the air, the user shoots numerous water bullets at them from the pool of water and then finishes by forming the water bullets into a water dragon which attacks the target, sending them crashing into the ground.

Creating a pool of water below you. Quickly after the water forms, it pushes you upwards into the air, the pool of water causes multiple bullets of water to be released upwards at you. Right after the bullets begin to hit you, I form a single hand seal and I quickly use:

Description: This technique allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

Summoning a large amount of water above your position. The water comes downwards thus crushing your body due to the force. As you are sent downwards the bullets shot up earlier form into a dragon made of water which comes crashing down on you. Due to the force you crash into the ground below you, which forms a small crater.

Turning the shining water into a dragon with me on it's head. As i do it launches towards you at great speeds with me on your head. All you can see if light reflecting off the shining water ever since i turned the water to shining water. You are unable to open your eyes.
