Erwin is Stronger than Levi but not when it comes to killing Titans.

Levi is most likely related to Mikasas Father in someway.

Erwin = Brains

Levi is probably the best with the 3D Gear at killing titans. Erwin is not even close in combat prowess, but when it comes to strategies and decision making, Erwin knows how to keep moving forward.

It was a recent revelation that Levi is also an Ackerman. We don't know for sure yet. But he is definitely related to Mikasa in some way. My best guess, Mikasa is his niece.
