Emerging from the nearby tree, Hunter's eyes set on the opponent ahead of him didn't waver. He clearly was strong, it would take but a fool to not notice. However, only through experiences would he able to live up to his name.
"Consider this a favor to a little brother, and train me well. I'll be in your care.", Hunter says calmly as his stances changes from one that is relaxed to a prepared one.
Starting off, Hunter utilizes his chakra to condense the water vapour in the air above himn to create three needle-esqe projectiles of water aimed at his opponent; with one aimed at the head and two on either side of the chest. Immediately after releasing the projectiles, he performs the Tiger → Snake → Dog handseals in a quick succession thanks to the lightning element mastery, and aims his right hand towards the target, releasing bolts of electricity aiming to attack the wet and damaged opponent.

"Surely." in response to the man, he would turn to face them as he started to see his opponent manipulate the area to summon water into existence. 'Could he be a specialist?' he would think to himself as he took another take at this opponent as created needle like creations which prompted Fushi to activate his sharingan as they aimed their assault towards him. Meanwhile, at the same time his pouch would open as his orbs would flow around him in a complex pattern as the impact of the needles failed to pierce his flesh. A glowing aura of gold, like the rays of the sun would protect him from the Dmg as he nonchalantly stared at him without doing or saying anything as the next attack came so was the same result.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill
Note: C rank usage is for 1T Sharingan, B rank usage is reserved for 2T Sharingan. A Rank usage is reserved for 3T Sharingan.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

(Zenyatta Kyutai) - Zenyatta Orbs

Description: Special drone Orbs created by a Monk named Zenyatta. These Orbs are created out of an unknown chakra metal and filled with Zenyatta's chakra. The user will have six orbs that hover near the user or that can be warn like a large necklace. The user can freely manipulate these orbs through an attached transceiver connected behind the users ears. They supply their own power source within them via batteries. Depending on the type of orb used, they will create a link to a target glowing yellow for Harmony or purple for Discord. This link will supply a different effect to a target depending on the type of orb used.
Orb of Discord: Amplifies any amount damage the target takes by 30 additional damage. This doesn't cause damage, only increases the amount of damage a target receives.
Orb of Harmony: Slowly restores 15 health to the target per turn when wounded, or reduces the amount of damage they take by 30. Only one effect can be in place at a time.
These orbs can be directed to a target within a mid-ranged area. Once within short range of the target they will connect to the target and remain attached, even if a target moves to long range. They can be countered with B-rank lightning or A-rank technique, causing them to return to their owner. A-rank lightning or S-rank technique can destroy the orbs indefinitely.
Note:
-Discord Orbs last 3 turns per use, require a two turn cool down and can only be used three times per battle/event
-Harmony Orbs last 3 turns per use, require a two turn cool down and can only be used three times per battle/event
-A target can only be targeted with a single orb at a time.
-Can only be taught by Serpent

Ah shit. Hunter knew what he was in for, as soon as he saw his water needles fail. It didn't take long to find the difference in the level between him and his opponent - on top of the fact that he had the same patterned eyes as his previous opponent. Although this one seemed much more developed.
Instead of going through with his lightning attack, he knew he had to do something to atleast make him react more. Performing a single Rat handseal, he creates a whip from his right that wraps around him in a binding form. Almost in the next instance, Hunter then utilizes his lightning nature to create a wave of electricity from his right hand to conjunct with the water technique to electrocute him.

Fushi would stay standing as the pain of electrifying shock shook him, now as his body trembled for a few seconds as he healed via his orb, looking at them with his sharingan slowly attempting to place them into a hypnotized state. The longer they kept eye contact the slowly they'd feel themselves lose focus on the reality around them, "You should rethink about where your eyes should be."

Looking towards the sky as he wondered if he should flee this interaction as he brushed off the pain from his memory, sighing as he then took from his pouch a shinobi juice bottle box. He would slurp the drink as he watched a few birds above migrating, the season of winter was soon upon them.
