Nemesis/Kerry:
Penguin is a punny individual. He loves to water you down when you're alone. He strives for water, being thirstier than your average guy. However penguin has been slacking on his puns lately, though rp wise he's a pretty good water user. THOUGH, he needs some improvements! Go Punguin, go!

Afro:
Penguin, the small minded moniker behind the Midwest dreamer. However odd his fascination with the useless arctic birds, his role playing prowess cannot be overlooked. Having passed Tobirama and demonstrating skill in water use, he is a Rp'er gaining momentum. But does anyone really understand the Penguin? His penguin obsession not just stopping at the name, but even continuing into his custom Justus and reportedly seducing Negative Knoght in an endeavor to gain the Penguin contract. Is he trans-Penguin or did a trip to the zoo have way too much importance to a young "Penguin"
Loki:
Penguin has for the majority of his relevance in our coomunity been the one person to make cause for laughter. Be it his failed attempts at both water usage and puns. Right? I joke about the former, his water skills are acknowledged by many. From his own made up album revolving around other failure excuses of roleplayers to his self-proclaimed mastery of Space/Time. Though do not mistake our reviews of this person who dedicates half of his day to come up with CJ names that always include his name, what we are doing is putting him on the map. His signature bio Tobirama has made him a force to be reckoned with, if not now then in the near future. Make no doubt about his potential.

Very enjoyable to read through the RPs he makes. Despite be such an outgoing person who makes (mildly funny) puns, he can RP as the serious, level-head Second Hokage, Tobirama. I commend his skill and usage in water, sticking true to the RP. My only concern is his infatuation with flightless birds. (Those CJ Names)
Riker Slade:
The first word that comes to mind to describe Penguin's fighting style is nonchalant. In an RP where many can find themselves overthinking or delving too deep, taking it a bit too seriously, Penguin seems to be able to avoid that line. Able to take victories with modesty and defeats in stride, he seems unfazed by any successes and losses. While plaguing the RP chat threads with amusingly bad puns(His puns are the Nicolas Cage movies of puns. So bad, you can't help but love the charm), he's made good use of his main style of Suition, consistently remaining loyal to the field of water and making it work for himself. It's amusing to see how many Penguin themed custom jutsus he's capable of making and doesn't seem to be running out of steam anytime soon.
