Well, I'd say Hashirama due to his clones and healing factor. Since you haven't specified which Hiruzen you are talking about, i'm basing my answer on the assumption that it is Hiruzen (old) you are talking about, in which case he certainly doesn't last the distance in my eyes. Minato and Tobirama are tricky because of their S/T ninjutsu, Tobirama even more so because he has Edo Tensei, although we cannot be sure of the degree to which he mastered it at this point in time. Minato could easily flee the battle field and return at any point, although i'm disregarding this fact for the sake of this match. Taking all of these factors into account, i'll say that Hashirama is the most likely of the four to survive the longest, followed by Tobirama & Minato, with Hiruzen being the first to die. Hiruzen (Prime) is a different kettle of fish altogether.
