Kakashi is far faster than Jiraiya and has Sharingan precognition. His Raiton nintaijutsu, with things like Raikiri, Raiden and Raikiri powered weapons, cuts and pierces Jiraiya's defences with ease, and Jiraiya can't keep up with Kakashi's speed; he can't look in his eyes or he will be stomped by Sharingan genjutsu, also. Jiraiya's Yomi Numa is shitted on by Kakashi's elemental prowess, Katon is dodged with speed or Doton underground movement or overpowered with Suiton, and Kakashi can also add Raiton to his Suiton for a deadly elemental combo; boss summons are useless against a ninja of Kakashi's level, Bunta couldn't hit even Preta Path and was joked by Deva, Kakashi can run circles around and then cut his limbs with Raiden, or hypnotize him with Sharingan. Jiraiya is not reaching Sennin Mode and even if you give him the advantage of starting in his most powerful form Kakashi can handle him. So basically Kakashi can defeat Jiraiya anytime.
I didn't even go with Kamui, if Kakashi uses his best jutsu he wins obviously even easier, Jiraiya can't counter it, he can't even react to it. Kakashi surpassed Jiraiya's level by far, going with both feats and portrayal. and "trascendent" Kakashi (the one with DMS and Rikudo chakra) is a top 5 in the manga.
