Eventhough perfect susano and a bijuu failed to completely destroy it before they both got owned. Logic

Madara is using the stabilized PS right now against Wood God and they are basically the same size. Now compare Wood God to Shinsenjuu (1K hands) when it's on its head. It's literally hundreds of times bigger than it.

As for your OP: It's not overrated. It took out Perfect Susano'o+Kurama and made Kurama look like a play toy. Nothing in this manga besides Shinsenjuu has been shown to man handle Perfect Susano'o.
