Reject = losing power not losing the thing. Its still inside aizen

You can't make stuff up and pretend it's fact and then qoute yourself as your own source.

He doesn't have it anymore nor does he have his Zanpaktou.

You should start read the manga and your own scans. WHERE DID IT GO????? Just vanish in the air? No he still has it

They would have gave him the death penalty if the hogyoku was no longer in him.

The hogyoku could have made him immortal and then left. It would still apply. Also if gin could take it from him while he was still its master, then C46 probably took it and hid it somewhere. It isn't like Aizen could get it back anymore.

What would be point of Aizen bringing him back without Hogyoku. Aizen already lose his zanpakuto, and it's possible that he lost all his powers (considering Ichigo hinted what Aizen's wishes were). So, Aizen could potentially be just ordinary soul know and if he don't even have hogyoku now than I really don't see point in bringing him back. Sure he still has his brilliant mind, but why would anyone risk to let Aizen be free only because of that when they already have one even more brilliant mind - Urahara.

Aizen will need Hogyoku because he will likely play role in defeating Yhwach. To return his shinigami powers, or to get some new powers, or to transform more, or to return powers to Bazz-B (yeah I like Bazz-B), we will see.

You must have missed the part in the manga when it came back to aizen when gin took it.

You musta missed the part where the hogyoku rejected aizen. It wouldnt return to him if he wasnt its master. An he isnt anymore.

Dont argue one point at a time as if they were isolated ideas. I mentioned it rejecting him because you mentioned that Aizen took it back from gin. I did not say that it rejecting him meant it left him. It was just to point out that it went back because aizen was its master. seriously put 2 and 2 together.

I just said that if gin can take it so could C46. The only reason it came back to Aizen is because he was its master. Now he is not its master, so if someone took it it wouldnt go back. Therefore if C46 took it, aizen wouldn't have it. And couldnt get it back. Actually Urahara might have taken or maybe Kyoraku and might give it back. My point is just that it is possible he doesnt have it.

If it rejected him an left his body then why is he still immortal if it rejected him it won't just be like here take this immortality before I go,no if it rejected him an left his body he would no longer be immortal an would be dead right now....an going by ichigo final words it seems as if the hogyoku granted his wish of wanting to be just a normal shinigami.

Those are conflicting ideas. Aizen cant be a normal shinigami and be immortal. I assume he is still immortal and therefore i must say that the hogyokus effects are permanent. remember the hogyoku only does what its users have the power to do to begin with it is just a catalyst. Therefore it also makes sense that aizen is still immortal because it is something he has the power to do (perhaps not the means) the hogyoku needs not be with him as the powers stem from aizen to begin with.

By normal shinigami I meant not be so strong as ichigo stated aizen was so strong he felt isolated an that no one was on his level, meaning he was not rejected but the hogyoku felt what he really wanted an made it happen.....just don't make sense he's immortal cuz he has the power to be so? What?.

Aizen doesnt need to be the hogyokus master to be immortal just like you dont need to be its master to be an arrancar or a have awankened mystical fairy powers like Orihime. it just made it so that he could have more control over what it did. it manifested his wishes and not others. It rejecting him and being taken from him doesnt mean it undoes what it has done.

Like urahara said to aizen, now that you fused with the hogyoku you are nearly impossible to kill meaning he became one with it...so if it completely rejected him an left his body I doubt he would be immortal...it's different from the espada he just handed some of the hogyoku power to them.

In any case, I believe it is entirely possible to take away from him as Gin was able to do it. He won't teleport to it like he did before because the hogyoku rejected him. Therefore you can still take it. He might have it still, my only point was that if gin could do it so can others.
