One of the more interesting antagonists of this manga. His moveset is up there in terms of "unique" within the Naruto world and the fact that he was the first akatsuki member introduced after the time skip doesn't hurt things either!

I'm one of the very few who gave him a 1 it seems. XD I just don't like his character all that much. Something about him irks me. Although, I will give him this, he had a unique style of fighting.

8/10 cool Akatsuki. That kekkei genkai he has is already awesome(c'mon who wouldn't want to use chakra to blow thing to dust) and that kinjutsu is just so so cool. And well yeah just cool akatsuki member.

Went with a solid 8. Back in the day when jutsus were actually unique and not just iterative, he was great. Of course, the fact that he was eco-summoned weakened his legacy a bit for me, because he was handled so quickly, but original D with Sasori was a force.

I'm pretty crazy over Deidara. I have a phone case of him, his cosplay and even can somewhat relate to him at points as twisted as that might sound.

Deidara is fantastic.

I voted a 7 not due to the fact that he was an exceptionally skilled shinobi but rather allowed his insane Itachi/Sharingan hatred to get the better of him and ultimately committed suicide as a result.
