Its official! Its been one hundred and fifty two years since we negroes were set free from slaves owners when the emancipation proclamation was issued by lincoln but today i say to you brothers! sisters! Are we truly free? What have we as a black community and as a nation or globe achieved? All i see is war! pain! racism! I have a dream that in this new year that we shall begin to know true peace no true brotherhood, there is no white race, there is no black race or mexican race or spanish or asian race there is only the human race. We blacks must learn to forgive our slave masters and try to find peace with the white man so we can grow as a community together in love and brotherhood.

All i want for us is to start to trust one another to build trust,to build friendships it will take time but when there is a will there is a way.

No racism today! No racism tomorrow! No racism forever!

I see a better way of ending racism is to stop pretending that there is no difference between races. Some races have different physical features than others beside the color of skin. Instead of going around and teaching "There's no difference between races", we should teach and strive for "There is a difference between races, but it doesn't fundamentally matter."

Emancipation proclamation didn't free all of the slaves. Only those in rebel states. 13th amendment abolished slavery in every state.
But racism will most likely never end.

They're all still physically fundamentally the same. Differences in proportions are just as null as skin colour itself.

At the end of the day, we're all human beings with emotions and red blood pumping through our bodies. Superficial differences are (or should be) irrelevant.

We Negroes need to abolish violence and start showing good examples to our youths we need to condemn violence and all violent practices and try to forgive and work with the white men to better our community. All i want is for us to learn to love one and other as brothers.

you know, im 21 years old, im Caucasian, and one of the things i was taught as a youngin, was theres only one race of humans. I didnt get taught what racism was, i observed it, and not threw racist actions, but threw people speaking of racism, do you see what im trying to say here, i wouldn't even know what racism was if people didnt keep it alive by talking about it, stop keeping racism alive, the second you talk about inequality you are implying that there isnt equality, but if the actions of most people dont support the idea of racism, than the only reason racism is still around is because of the al sharptons, when you preach about racism, without any racist actions being committed, than you your self, is keeping racism alive. matter a fact, even if someone did something racist, ignore it, and just like bullying, it will disapear, but that only works if the majority of the population is against it, and i assure the majority of the population is against it, the problem is society, not racism. just my opinion tho

The only way to combat hate or racism is with love and forgiveness not ignorance. We as a community have to address the issue and learn to start trusting one another.
