The movie is rumored to be connected somehow to the last arc.(Since the movie releases October the 17th). So Kaguya's end is nigh.

Thus ending in chapter 700.

The numbers ain't coincidental.
700 = Team 7
Movie releases in October = Naruto's Birthday Month. (the 10th, same week Manga ends).

So yeah, that's the BIG Announcement, kinda sad....
