Obito at 14 years old didn't have the gedo mazo. He didn't have the gedo mazo until nagato died and when he took the rinnegan from dead nagato's body.

So hell no he cannot beat ems madara.

True he would be able to avoid some thing via kamui but ems madara has the most battle experience and is the greatest strategist ever. There is no way obito would escape him. Madara already knew how kamui works from when obito first used it on the hidden mist shinobi.
