Hiruzen can use Enma to break out of any of Itachi's genjutsus besides Tsukiyomi. Itachi doesn't have Susano'o for defense. It isn't 100% certain that Itachi had Amaterasu at that time so that is excluded. Also, Old Hiruzen>Oro without Edo Tensei

also its 100% sure itachi had amaterasu at 13 because if you read the manga you will see alot of shinobi remebering hearing about the black flames from the previous wars itachi had been in, also danzo made mention of him using it and itachi left the village at 13 also so he had to have have it, so wat else you got? i know emna or hiruzen cant survive a hit from tsukuyomi or amaterasu

What he did to Orochimaru was clearly done when Itachi was much older. An older Itachi with more control over his Sharingan
