No he wasn't, he doesn't have any skill eventhough he had the power even greater then a jonin

dattebaNO. Naruto wasnt jonin level. He had tricky clone feints that could catch people off guard. He could only summon up to 200 clones...maybe upward to 1000 with kurama influence. He only summoned gambunta with HIS OWN chakra ONCE and his rasengan is more of an improvised move imo (having to use a clone to form it is underwhelming) his taijutsu was mediocre in part one and his shuriken skill was basic. He was mid chunin level ,considering he beat a low chunin when he was an academy student . Naruto was low jonin level skillwise in the beginning of shippuden
