So whats the significance of madaras head band thing crushing the tools that were sealed in 1010's scroll? I forgot how they worked, is having that piece useful?

Like she said, they could potentially seal an enemy in an instant. Darui used them to seal the Kinkaku brothers earlier, who have Kurama's chakra. So if used by someone who knows how they work (like Tenten said, she needs someone from Kumo to tell her how to use them), they could seal a powerful enemy... like say, Madara?
But I think it's all for hype at this point. I seriously doubt Madara would fall to get caught it something like that at this point...

OH so is that what was happening in that one pannel ? thankyou ^^ lol, it was quite confusing, i could hardly make out anything.
The only thing i can think of is the Kōkinjō
it can use the word soul if it comes in contact with anyone
and since the headband belongs to madara i think we could say its part of himself. So now its possible to use the Kōkinjō
but this is just a theory.
